Dive into the mysterious and captivating world of '20,000 Leagues Under the Seas,' a theatrical spectacle that joins actors and puppets on board the legendary Nautilus. Captained by the enigmatic Nemo, the vessel is part mythic sea creature and part cutting-edge ship. The narrative follows characters from Jules Verne's iconic novel: Professor Aronnax and his loyal servant Conseil. Before becoming prisoners of Captain Nemo, they embarked on an expedition in pursuit of the mythical giant narwhal aboard the Abraham-Lincoln, alongside the skilled harpooner Ned Land. Captain Nemo, depicted as a modern-day pirate, unwillingly drags them into a global underwater adventure, blending scientific exploration with the lyrical majesty of the ocean depths. Supported by a cast of fish, the actors bring to life this monumental literary work on stage. This play has been honored with the 2016 Molière Award for Visual Creation and the 2016 Critics' Award for Best Stagecraft Designer. Adapted and directed by Christian Hecq and Valérie Lesort, featuring actors such as NC, Pauline Tricot, Laurent Natrella, Eric Prat, and Mikael Fau, with the voice of Cécile Brune.
